As vice president (VP) of Business Development (BD) at 木瓜AV, Rob Mills helps build the organization鈥檚 pipeline for organic growth and ensure excellence across all business development activities. Mr. Mills joined 木瓜AV in 2023, bringing more than 12 years of leadership experience and a track record of success in growing and expanding new and existing business.
Prior to joining 木瓜AV, Mr. Mills served as the Government Services industry lead at Apex Systems. During his tenure there, he helped propel growth across five industry segments and refined the execution of go-to-market strategies, including planning and analysis, cultivating near- and long-term pipelines, and strengthening strategic partnerships.
