Company to provide advisory and assistance services for biomedical and health research

The Strategic Technical ARPA-H Talent Support (STATS) contract vehicle calls for systems engineering, technical advisory support, and other professional services including financial management and program management. STATS is a new contract for ľAV.

, ARPA-H supports the development of high-impact research to drive biomedical and health breakthroughs and deliver transformative, sustainable, and equitable health solutions for all Americans.

Company expands its AI/ML support for the Department of Defense

FAIRFAX, Va. ― March 5, 2024 — ľAV, a leader in advanced technology, science, and engineering solutions and an ASGN (NYSE: ASGN) brand, received a three-year, $190 million contract from the United States Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Army Research Lab (ARL). As prime contractor, ľAV will serve as a system integrator for DEVCOM ARL, delivering and integrating artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities for Department of Defense (DoD) services and combatant commands.

Garner brings to ľAV more than 20 years of financial leadership in government contracting and technology

Company expands its support of digital transformation efforts across VA under new contract vehicle

FAIRFAX, Va. ― Nov. 20, 2023 — ľAV, a leader in advanced technology, science, and engineering solutions and an ASGN (NYSE: ASGN) brand, has been named a prime contractor on a 10-year, $60.7 billion indefinite delivery/indefinite quality (IDIQ) contract from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Information and Technology. Called the Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation 2 (T4NG2) vehicle, the contract will serve as a major acquisition channel for information technology (IT) and engineering services that support VA’s critical technology infrastructure. T4NG2 represents a new contract for ľAV and the company’s first vehicle with the Office of Information Technology.

With an initial base ordering period of five years, followed by a five-year option period, the contract will help VA develop a seamless, unified veteran experience through the delivery of state-of-the-art technology solutions. ľAV will provide a full range of IT services including, but not limited to, technical support, program management, strategy planning, systems/software engineering, enterprise network engineering, cybersecurity, operations and maintenance, as well as other healthcare-related services and solutions.

FAIRFAX, Va. — November 8, 2023 — ľAV, a leader in advanced technology, science, and engineering solutions and an ASGN (NYSE: ASGN) brand, has been named a prime contractor on a $1.25 billion, five-year contract to provide technical, analytical, and program support services to the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). The DARPA Technical and Analytical Support Services (TASS) indefinite delivery/indefinite quality (IDIQ) contract covers a broad range of high-level advisory and assistance services designed to help DARPA meet the needs of its dynamic research and development mission.

As an agency of the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), DARPA’s mission is to develop breakthrough technologies for national security by working with partners inside and outside of the federal government. ľAV is a respected partner in all the DARPA technical offices, with prime task orders in DARPA’s Defense Science Office (DSO), Strategic Technology Office (STO), Microsystems Technology Office (MTO), and Contracts Management Office (CMO).

In 2018, ľAV was one of seven awardees on a five-year $850 million IDIQ by DARPA. As an incumbent on the new IDIQ contract, ľAV will continue to provide DARPA with a range of professional services including operational and research analysis, acquisition support, program oversight, and business and financial management.

Warren will lead ľAV’ team of capture managers, oversee the company’s largest and most complex pursuits from strategy development to contract award, and help drive strategic growth across the company.

Warren has more than 20 years of experience working in federal contracting, including business development, operations management, and program management. Warren has spent the previous 17 years in various leadership roles with CACI International, Inc. overseeing growth and capture.
